Over the past few weeks we have been busy behind the scenes moving DoveNetQ customers across to a new set of services.

We have enabled a new phone number for modem dialup users.

The new number is 0198 333 672

As before, this number provides local call internet access across Australia. Assistance for changing this for your computer can be found here.

We are offering a new customer service centre.

The new number for customer service is 1300 135 475.
We are available for phone support from 9.00am to 9.00pm weekdays, saturday 11.00am to 7.00pm and sunday and public holidays 2.00pm to 7.00pm. (QLD times)

We have established a new billing and invoicing system.

A component of this is the new Customer Account Toolkit. Customers are now able to check their account status, change their services and pay their accounts online. This can be found under the customer tools section in the menu at the top of this web page or by clicking here
